This is my friend Mike's 1998 S10 ZQ8 truck. The ZQ8 package from the factory includes bigger sway bars, a quicker steering rack, rear frame support, better gas shocks, and 16" wheels. It has been fitted with a turbonetics t62 turbo setup that has been built from scratch. The factory manifolds were used, but swapped for clearance issues. It uses a self-modded Holley 700cfm blowthrough carb, with a turbonetics carb hat, and also has a TH350 transmission with a shift kit. Everything flows through to a single 3" exhaust. Mike also went through all of the wiring so that it retains the chassis computer controlling the interior features. It has a 3.42 locking rear which is hanging tuff, which never ceases to amaze us! The truck uses a 305 small block with an Edelbrock roller cam, and ported factory heads with a Weiand Xcelerator intake manifold.
